Nocella's appointment as an interim U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York—which covers Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Nassau and Suffolk counties—comes after U.S. Sen. Lloyd's of London Faces an Additional $800K in Interest in Coverage Dispute, State Appellate Court Rules

Durkin.
